Jillene Jones, E-RYT, YACEP and owner of Pure Prana Yoga
Jillene has been teaching workshops and classes at The Sacred Self since August of 2021. Her focus is on establishing breath and body awareness, functional flexibility and stability, intentional sequence and always, finding the Joy in Yoga! Modifications and options offered throughout class increase the accessibility of poses to include a larger range of student skill and comfort levels.
Jillene has trained in Meditation Techniques, Reiki, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar Based Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Advanced Anatomy & Physiology, Advanced Sequencing and Aerial Restorative Yin throughout her yoga journey.
