About the Event

Join us at The Sacred Self in Cornish on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 2:30-4:30pm for a very special and timely workshop: Building an "Overwhelm Toolbox" with Kristen Scott. $35

These days it can be easy to feel overwhelmed.  This is a feeling that has crept into the lives of many of us amidst these trying and uncertain times. It can sometimes  leave us feeling crippled or like we are unraveling. You are not alone! It is essential for us to overcome this feeling, relax, re-focus and re-energize.

In this session we hope you are taken on a journey to connect with a deeper, stronger, lighter part of yourself. By having a new awareness of your inner resources, you can draw energy from this space within and become more resilient, adaptive and better able to ride out life's challenges.

Come join us in building an "Overwhelm Toolbox" of techniques you can take with you, along with what we hope to be a relaxing and inviting experience.

Your Instructor, Kristen Scott

After almost 30 years in corporate leadership and coaching a crisis of conscience and some health "surprises" flipped life on its head and a new journey into the unknown began. After experiencing the gifts of so many beautiful healers my love affair with sound, energy and plants as medicine began.  The profound effects that herbs and vibration had on my physical, spiritual and emotional health brought a depth and spirituality to my life that changed me forever.  I needed to learn what they knew.

As a survivor of trauma I witnessed the mess it can make of your life when it stays repressed and unresolved.  Through these practices I learned to stop bleeding all over people who did not "cut" me. Through my practice I found that I can pay that forward to others.
