Crystal Bowl Sound Baths with Marci Starr Brennan

Marci Starr Brennan of The Singing Bowl  is bringing Sound Baths back to Cornish - and The Sacred Self is so incredibly honored to have her!  For this event, you don't need to DO anything.  Just come, bring a mat/blanket and pillow so you can totally relax and enjoy the benefits of sound therapy. You will be gently guided to a relaxed state as the singing bowls help you to loose the mind chatter and find the wellspring of peacefulness within. It is like receiving a massage at a molecular level!

No worries if you don't have a mat - we have extra yoga mats and blankets at The Sacred Self.  Marci has *quite a following of her own, and space is limited. I would recommend registering early. The cost is $20.  You can plan on arriving anytime after 5:45.  There is plenty of parking and it's well lit.
