About the Event
Stretch & Release Yoga with Jillene here in Cornish every Thursday evening at 5:30!
This class blends Vinyasa & Iyengar Yoga styles to encourage relaxation, increase flexibility & strengthen core muscles. This class will include seated, standing & balancing poses; as well as, flowing sequences. We can also adapt for chair practitioners. All levels are welcome!
We have plenty of mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters if you don't have your own.
