About the Event
Find Balance Within Yourself! We will use Intentional yoga sequencing with guided meditation and Reiki energy work combined to provide a uniquely rejuvenating session. We will move through supported poses to encourage a strong mind-body connection, set intentions for the upcoming season, as well as 1:1 Reiki. Class size is limited.
