During the Full Moon, the energy we feel is intensified and aspects of that energy are directly influenced by the current Zodiac position. Understanding how to align and tap into this potent energy can assist you in living in the same Lunar and Solar natural harmonic balance.
In this yoga practice, the movement is inspired by the four elements, earth, fire, water, and air in conjunction with the unique energetic qualities that each Zodiac possesses. Full Moon Yoga will traditionally have a vinyasa tempo to match the intensity of the energy.
The class will begin with a card drawing and journal reflection followed by a 75-minute vinyasa tempo yoga class and 15-minute group closing circle. Join the New Moon class to reflect on your journey through the lunar cycle
Erin is a native of northern New England, her family moved to Bethlehem New Hampshire in 1990. Erin spent her childhood growing up in the White Mountains, enjoying hiking, swimming in the freshwater coming off Mount Washington, snowboarding and dancing. Erin found yoga in 2013 during a time of chaos. The magic of this practice brought Erin back to reality where she found her purpose. In 2015 Erin took her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training through the Yoga NH, Yoga Alliance Program in Littleton NH lead by her mentor Stacy Doll. Erin has been teaching Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes that are structured by the four Earthly elementals since 2015.
Erin passionately believes that the Earth has every ounce of medicine that we need to live as our brightest and healthiest selves. We are all beautiful unique beings with our own Earth toolbox. Erin's mission is to teach her students how to tap into their "Earth toolbox" by leading you through movement that will connect you into the four elements.
