Healing/Spiritual Discussion Group

This group is designed for those navigating a personal healing or spiritual journey who would love to share their experiences with others participating in similar journeys. It will be informal but will begin with an energy-based prompt or short visualization to get the discussion started. It's a chance to share experiences, practices, and tools so everyone in the group can walk away feeling heard and inspired to continue forward on an often bumpy road. 

Jen Bonnett, Creative Energy Guide, will facilitate the initial energy prompt but it is intended as a time for everyone to share and participate equally. 

There is no fee but donations are encouraged toward the use of the space and to benefit The Sacred Self Community Healing Fund which provides assistance within the community for classes, workshops, and healing services to those in need. With enough interest, this will be a monthly gathering.
