Intro to Arm Balances & Inversions

In this workshop we will explore a variety of poses in the “arm balance” and inversion categories after a targeted warm-up, designed to prepare the body for the movements. We will also cover variations, modifications, options for props and support to accommodate most levels of practitioners. Some yoga experience is recommended.
