Intro to Stones + Crystals with Mike Fleming

Get ready to play with crystals and stones for an afternoon - an introduction to quartz crystals and a wide variety of healing stones. You will learn how to identify and "see" the differences between the various types of quartz crystals.

This class will be hands on with tons of examples of the different types of clear quartz and other healing stones. It is recommended that you bring a note book where you can sketch/make notes and reading glasses or a magnifying glass to help see the markings of each type of crystal. There will be handouts to take home and examples of books to purchase that will help you on your new journey - into the realm of crystals!

Mike Fleming of Stone & Crystal Adept is a lifelong crystal and stone collector and enthusiast, well, since he was 8! His knowledge of crystals and stones spans over five decades and he has created an amazing collection of crystals and stones over that time period. Now he is taking his passion and his collection on the road to teach other crystal and stone enthusiasts. Mike is a full-time Personal Trainer and teaches part-time Yoga, Tai Chi and Senior Aquatics at the YMCA. Mike has a BS in Exercise Science, and lives in Rochester, NH with his furbabies, Dust and Pepper.
