ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Hello! My name is Marina, I am from Russia and I wear my heat on my sleeve.

I am passionate about emotion and uninhibited self-expression and I have been in close contact with my own and other people’s inner children ever since my first experience as an adult facilitator over 15 years ago. My life’s mission is to transform shyness, self-criticism and fear of failure into curiosity, compassion and playfulness.

My approach and blend of teaching methods have evolved out of my experiences with in teaching, music, dance and singing, clowning and physical comedy, graphic arts and visual communication, yoga, Tai chi, psychosomatic research and my extensive travels to different parts of the world.
