About the Event
This is a good time to tend your garden and let the seeds you've planted grow - both literally and metaphorically! Cultivate your passions and desires, encourage them to burst forth into bloom, and you will be rewarded with abundance in various forms in your life.
By definition, restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Everyone is welcome to bring along extra pillows, bolsters, or blankets.
Suitable for individuals who are challenged by back and /or joint problems or chronic health issues. We will work in our pain-free range of motion.
