Time & Location

The Sacred Self, 172 Main Street, Cornish, ME, USA
About the Event
We will practice meditation with the intention of embodying presence. Through compassionate mindfulness we will bring our awareness into the present moment cultivating our capacity to be a loving-witness of what “is.”
Mindfulness Meditation is scientifically proven to alleviate stress, anxiety, compulsive thoughts and addiction. It changes our habitual brain patterns and enables practitioners to become masters of their emotions and reactions to experience.
Lea will offer teachings and/or discussions on self-realization, embodiment, and presence with each Satsang (spiritual talk) being unique and reflective of that days practice.
Lea’s approach to teaching is unique. She is not interested in being a Scholar, Guru, or Authority. She is deeply curious about the unfolding perfection of presence and of how that animates and manifest uniquely through all of us. Her teachings, feedback, answers, and practices are offered loosely as a means to engage, explore, and experiment with embodied presence and compassionate mindfulness. You are the sovereign self exploring consciousness and the experience of Self through the lens of this class. Enjoy!
Sunday’s from 9:30-11:00am
$5-15 sliding scale donation and no one turned away for lack of funds

Lea Moon, Teacher and Student of Self-Realization
Lea Moon is a skilled and embodied practitioner of presence. She experienced her first awakening in 2006 and since then the experience of awakening has refined and evolved. She has yet to experience a permanent dis-identification with ego, however through ongoing practice she continues to experience an increased spaciousness, curiosity, peace, and joy within all experience. What she likes to call the imperfect perfection of this Moment, or the Grace of Now.
