Dr. Lam with a team of medical and Tai Chi experts created this safe and easy to learn program. Medical studies confirm Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention relieves pain, reduces falls and improves quality of life. That is why the Arthritis Foundation promotes the program along with CDC for Fall Prevention.
This 6-week program is an online only class and will meet every Wednesday morning from 10-11 am from February 10 to March 17th with a cost of $60 for all six classes. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and flat-bottom shoes suitable for exercise.Â

For those interested an Intermediate class is scheduled to begin immediately following this 6-week session. (March 24)
