Living in Naples Florida as a massage therapist, during the early 1990's, my introduction to sound was hearing crystal bowls in a group setting and a private tuning fork session. Right from the start I was captivated and totally moved at a very deep level-to my core if you will-spiraling and unraveling many years of conditioning allowing my spirit to become unleashed. The feeling was expansive, peaceful, like nothing I'd experienced before and that is just it...YOU have to experience it for yourself! Words do not quantify this venture. it is as unique and individual as you are. Also, each time you receive these vibrations your body becomes more in-tuned which means that your mind, body and spirit are aligned properly making life flow smoother and easier.
