About the Event
My name is Savanah Foudriat and I am a Polarity Practitioner, Reiki Master and Polarity Yoga Instructor. I have always been connected and drawn to Energy work and I have spent the last 10 years digging deep into helping others create space to balance their energy centers and helping them understand their foundation of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.
Come and enjoy Polarity Yoga's meaning and application to body movement and focus. I will guide you to an understanding of the many benefits of Polarity and this particular type of yogic movement.
