My name is Savanah Foudriat and I am a Polarity Practitioner, Reiki Master and Polarity Yoga Instructor. I have always been connected and drawn to Energy work and I have spent the last 10 years digging deep into helping others create space to balance their energy centers and helping them understand their foundation of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.
