About the Event
Power Yoga blends vinyasa & strength building yoga styles to increase functional flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve cardiovascular endurance through seated, standing & balancing poses; as well as cardio bursts & flowing sequences. All levels are welcome! We have plenty of mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters and straps if you don't have your own equipment.
