Reiki Infused Rest & Restore with Guided Meditation

Reiki infused Restorative yoga with guided meditation, combined to provide a uniquely relaxing session. We will move through a handful of supported poses to encourage a strong mind-body connection, as well as 1:1 Reiki. Class size is limited.

Please register online, there is an offline payment option if you choose to pay in person. We have plenty of mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets if you don't have your own.
