About the Event
Breathwork is one of many practices to move energy, or oxygen, prana, some say qui throughout and the body and mind. Â In this workshop you will be guided through a breath journey with music, movement and stillness using YOUR breath supporting you . Â This practice can help move stuck ways of thinking, energy, emotions in your body. Â You will be taught Breathwork techniques to explore your own breath and how it feels within you. Â I am so grateful to share this potentially healing experience with you.
