About the Event
This Slow Flow class blends Vinyasa & Iyengar Yoga styles to encourage relaxation, increase flexibility & strengthen core muscles. We will focus on creating a mindful practice with flowing movements and breath work. All levels are welcome.
There are plenty of mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters at the center for your use.
