About the Event
A balanced combination of sustained poses (Hatha) as well as poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another with stretches. Attention is always given to basic alignment & therapeutic principles. Mindfulness, observing breath and body are an integral part of class. Classes are balanced with energy, to give you a good physical work-out, and calm, to keep you balanced. Suitable for individuals who are challenged by back and /or joint problems or chronic health issues. We will work in our pain-free range of motion.
Accessories: Please bring your own mat and 1 beach towel (If you don't own a mat - there are plenty available at The Sacred Self for your use).
