About the Event
Yin Yoga Increases flexibility & mobility, reduces stress & anxiety, while opening the fascia to promote circulation. Create balance in our busy yang lives by slowing down with a yin practice. Props and supports are used to find the appropriate depth of poses for each practitioner.
All levels welcome.
There are plenty of mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters at the center if you don't have your own.
