About the Event
Yoga Sculpt fuses traditional yoga poses with a HIIT format; using cardio, strength & rest intervals to create a unique fitness experience. Strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular endurance & increase flexibility, all in a body positive environment. All exercises can be adapted to fit individual needs, including low impact.
Appropriate for all levels.
Beginners welcome!!
