I opened Balance Bodywork in 2012, offering Yoga, Table & Floor Thai Bodywork, Reiki, as well as Reiki instruction. My approach to bodywork and healing is gentle but firm and openhearted. Whether receiving a session or attending a workshop I am facilitating, I incorporate a grounded, well-informed, and meditative approach to my work.

Specializing in Table Bodywork sessions at The Sacred Self, they are tailored to each individual’s healing goals, whether you are dealing with chronic pain patterns, stress, fatigue, or just need to reconnect. I consider injuries, chronic health issues, lifestyle, and stresses that can contribute to the pattern, and formulate an approach to help get you on the path to recovery.
