I'm Gina, your personal trainer and well-being coach! I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Behavioral Change Specialist, UESCA Run Coach, and Reiki Level 2 practitioner based in Southern/Western Maine area, who has a passion for helping others not only find their health, but also what makes them feel strong, and fosters a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I am a firm believer in putting in the physical work to reach your goals, but also make habitual changes that keep you moving forward and heal along the way.
