After almost 30 years in corporate leadership and coaching. A crisis of conscience and some health "surprises" flipped life on its head and a new journey into the unknown began. After experiencing the gifts of so many beautiful healers my love affair with sound, energy and plants as medicine began. The profound effects that herbs and vibration had on my physical, spiritual and emotional health brought a depth and spirituality to my life that changed me forever.  I needed to learn what they knew.

As a survivor of trauma I witnessed the mess it can make of your life when it stays repressed and unresolved.  Through these practices I learned to stop bleeding all over people who did not "cut" me. Through my practice I found that I can pay that forward to others.
