Power Yoga at 5:30 on Saturdays at The Sacred Self with Jillene Jones of Pure Prana Yoga. Power Yoga blends vinyasa & strength building yoga styles to increase functional flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve cardiovascular endurance through seated, standing & balancing poses; as well as cardio bursts & flowing sequences.
