A balanced combination of sustained poses (Hatha) and stretches.
A balanced combination of sustained poses (Hatha) as well as poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another with stretches. Attention is always given to basic alignment & therapeutic principles. Mindfulness, observing breath and body are an integral part of class. Classes are balanced with energy, to give you a good physical work-out, and calm, to keep you balanced. Suitable for individuals who are challenged by back and /or joint problems or chronic health issues. We will work in our pain-free range of motion.
Accessories: Please bring your own mat and 1 beach towel

Preregistration and prepay for this class
Class size limited to 6 people
Socially Distanced space for mats will be clearly marked with tape
Masks MUST be worn to and from your mat
Fans will be running to keep fresh air flowing
Extra masks and sanitizer will be available
Restroom is available for use
Studio space, bathroom will be sanitized before and after class
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before class
Please stay home if you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms
