This is a powerful time for profound change, but it's a journey no one should have to walk alone. The Sacred Self Awakening: Your 3-Month Mentoring Journey The Sacred Self Awakening Sessions are the opportunity for a comprehensive mentoring package designed to provide you with the support, validation, and physical grounding you need to navigate your personal transformation. This isn't about fitting into a new box; it's about finding your authentic self and building a life that truly resonates with your soul's purpose. If you so choose, over three months, we will meet for three sessions, each one designed to support your Body, Mind, and Spirit. The journey is structured to meet you exactly where you are and guide you forward. You can do one session, or there is a $45 discount if you commit to all three. Session 1: The Initial Awakening (approx. 2.5 hours) We begin with a powerful, immersive session focused on deep release and grounding. The appointment starts with a 30-minute detox foot bath to cleanse and prepare your system. Integrated mentoring and intuitive guidance are woven throughout this entire initial session. During this time, we will explore a myriad of tools including Astrology and Human Design to help you understand your unique energetic blueprint and begin to make sense of your personal journey. The footbath will be followed by a 90-minute full-body massage on a heated BioMat to release deep-seated physical and emotional tension. Sessions are $200 each or all three sessions - (to be used within 90 days for $555.)
